Shipping policy

Within Denmark: Your purchase will be sent out as quickly as possible, no later than 3 business days after the purchase. The shipment will be sent to the nearest pickup location to your address.

International: You may be requested by your postal service to pay duties for international orders. Studio Shalma is not responsible for any duty fees that may be incurred. Failure to pay duties may result in the piece being shipped back to our studio in Copenhagen, Denmark. If the piece arrives back safely, new shipping fees must be paid by the buyer to ship the piece back out.

Local pick up: You are welcome to pick up your purchase at Studio Shalma located on N J Fjords Alle 7, basement 1957 Frederiksberg Write an email to studio@shalma.dk to make an appointment. The studio is open most days between 9-15. Not open on weekends.
